It means maintaining the highest standards in everything you do, every day.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for engaging stakeholders, customers, providing functional expertise, vision, oversight, and coordination across a portfolio of IT solutions being developed in that domain. Understand business process, provide necessary analysis, functional design and management of their related IT requirements. Ensure IT solutions meet business requirements, provide delivery training and necessary materials if required. If necessary, leads initiatives and projectsKey Activities:Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align IT solutions with business initiativesWorks closely with business users to define and analyze problems and figure out the most suitable technical, application or configuration solutionsDefines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project teams; establishing project budgetsWorks with Domain Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into functional / technical specsValidates business and technical requirements are met during the project delivery processSupport System Integration Testing Activities and provides necessary Key User TrainingInvolved with both innovation and strategy development with subject matter expertise, when appropriate; Solid understanding of business processAssist in providing guidance to team membersCreates, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracyHelp and lead the analysis of system architecture and business process for more effective overall solutionsWorks with outside partners to ensure SBD requirements are metLead functional activities, Initiatives and projects if neededFunctional Skills:Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts / processesApplication domain knowledgeBusiness acumenBusiness process management & modelingConsultative problem solvingStakeholder relationship management Strong oral & written communicationRequirements definition & management SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum developmentUnderstanding of future / emerging technologiesTechnical Skills:Knowledge and understanding of BY/JDA Warehouse Management SystemSQL knowledge (if possible)Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other requirements management toolsKnowledge of application and system integration methods and computing environmentsBasic understanding of application portfolio, IT strategy, and business prioritiesEducation/ExperienceGraduate degree and 3-4 years relevant experience.Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills
