From Project Management, Business Analysis and Consulting to Hands-On Development, Forty2's diverse technology skill sets empower our team to assist clients in overcoming challenging situations.About the jobWe are looking for a Senior Consultant that will act as an IT Business Analyst to contribute to the delivery of high-quality solutions within complex and fast-paced client environments across Swiss Romandie.In this role, you will act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, translated into functional and technical specifications, and effectively delivered.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirementsTranslate business needs into functional and technical specificationsFacilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify processes, gaps, and improvement opportunitiesSupport solution design in collaboration with IT and development teamsPerform impact analysis and ensure traceability of requirementsPrepare and execute test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutionsContribute to continuous process improvement initiativesSupport project managers in monitoring scope, risks, and deliverablesProduction support and Product LifecycleRequired QualificationsUniversity degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst.
