IT Business Solution Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Solution Manager to lead IT initiatives in our Food & Beverages division. This role is vital in aligning IT strategies with business goals, managing projects for system implementations, integrations, and upgrades that enhance operational efficiency and innovation in our product offerings.RESPONSIBILITIESDrive the strategy and execution of IT solutions that support business objectives within the Food & Beverages sector.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement technology improvements.Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical specifications.Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT solutions, recommending upgrades and improvements as necessary.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations pertaining to food safety and data security.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and automation.Design and recommend technical solutions based on business requirements.Oversee the entire IT project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and implementation.Overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new IT systems, including enterprise software, and cloud-based platforms.Facilitate user experience and solutions adoption by providing user trainings, simplifying GUIs, and via regular application / data audits.Manage and coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless project execution.Manage applications subscriptions renewal, support contracts, and provide relevant technical support following go live.Lead and develop the IT solutions team, including technical and support staff.Manage IT solution resources, including manpower, internal assets, budget and external vendors.Monitor and control solution delivery to ensure high quality and performance.Ensure adherence to IT strategy, IT governance guidelines, and change management processes.REQUIREMENTSA bachelor's degree in a related field like computer science / Information Technology is required, along with 8-12 years of relevant work experience.Ability to analyze business needs, develop strategic IT plans, and drive digital transformation initiatives.Strong understanding of various technologies, including cloud platforms, software development, ERP (Oracle Fusion is a plus) , CRM and IT Solutions.Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful IT implementation.Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP is a plus) and practices, such as Agile, Scrum, and ITIL.Excellent understanding of ERP systems, data analytics, and digital transformation.Experience with regulatory compliance within the food sector and knowledge of industry-specific challenges.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to think strategically and drive change across the organization.
