We are looking for a hands-on Syteline ERP expert who can own, improve, and support our core business systems. This role is the go-to IT partner for the site - someone who understands operations, can translate business needs into system solutions, and can drive process improvements that make our manufacturing environment faster, cleaner, and more scalable.What You’ll DoOwn and support the Syteline ERP system, serving as the primary site expertImprove system workflows across production, inventory, shipping/receiving, and related operationsAutomate and streamline processes to increase speed, accuracy, and visibilityTranslate business needs into requirements, build solutions, manage testing & rolloutManage and guide external consultants and partnersResolve issues (break/fix) and keep projects moving with clear communicationDrive strong user adoption and advocate for best practices_________________________________________The IT Business Systems Analyst's role will be to drive innovative technology solutions supporting our Process Solutions Group (PSG) business in Gainesville, GA.  The incumbent will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing process improvements within the PSG enterprise application environment and serve as the primary IT business partner for the site.  They will collaborate with SMEs from a variety of functions to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.  The IT Business Systems Analyst will partner with other IT team members and consulting resources to build effective solutions and deploy with positive business impact and strong user adoption.  This is an individual contributor role that requires cross-functional leadership and the ability to plan and execute projects within a matrix environment. Essential Duties, Responsibilities and KPI’sServe as business partner and escalation point for enterprise application issuesCommunicate project status and facilitate project prioritization across business functionsIdentify and execute solutions that automate, streamline, and digitize processes to improve productivity and support business growthFacilitate project work with functional SMEs including scoping, functional requirements, and testingManage solution design to ensure application architecture, configuration, and data align to the IT strategyExecute solution build and testing efforts with a focus on quality and supportabilityGovern third-party partners to ensure work is in line with priorities and results achieve the desired outcomeGuide IT initiatives to successful completion with measurable process improvement and strong user adoptionCreate accurate effort estimates to support effective project planningResolve break/fix issues in line with SLAs through hands on work and management of partner resourcesProvide input into the overall IT strategy and roadmapGuide users to best practices in Syteline and related applications, and support functional SMEs as they document Standard Work  Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field requiredCertifications in project management, agile development, or ITSM is a bonusKnowledge, Skills & Abilities5+ years of related IT applications work, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Syteline ERPExperience working in an operations environment with production, inventory, and shipping/receiving processesDemonstrated success managing third party consulting resourcesAble to accurately estimate solution effort, track actual progress, and identify and mitigate risks and issuesUnderstanding of change management and how to foster user adoption of new solutionsFamiliarity with current business intelligence concepts, tools, and data governanceExperience working within an ITSM modelStrong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively on multiple initiatives in parallelEffective written and oral communication skills, able to interact successfully with all levels of the organizationHigh energy, results oriented, persistent, and customer focusedCollaborative, transparent, fair, and ethical toward others in all interactions Physical Requirements The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
