IT Business Systems Analyst – SummaryThe IT Business Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing organizational objectives and translating them into effective business information system solutions. Under general supervision, this role ensures systems, tools, and processes are aligned with business goals while meeting timelines, quality standards, and budget expectations.General ResponsibilitiesResearch, define, document, and translate business needs into clear system requirements.Support application development by ensuring requirements align with cost, quality, and delivery standards.Conduct quality control audits and recommend system/process enhancements.Serve as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and functional departments during design and implementation phases.Create and maintain user guides and documentation to support system training and adoption.Partner with strategic and operational teams to ensure a unified approach to change management.Manage small to medium-sized analysis projects with moderate complexity and minimal supervision.Core CompetenciesStrong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Expertise in documenting and optimizing business processes.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities.Capability to identify, evaluate, and implement solutions to complex business problems.Experience interfacing business applications with other systems.Effective project management skills across varied scopes.Working knowledge of relevant software, operating systems, and integration requirements.Understanding of data collection, analysis, and testing methodologies.Technical ProficiencyProficient in Oracle Fusion Cloud Accounts Receivable, including:AR modulesCredit ManagementCustomer Vetting ProcessesD&B (Dun & Bradstreet) IntegrationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field;ORA combination of education and experience totaling six (6) years.
