Then this position is for you.As an IT Change Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end change management processes and ensuring risk-controlled and disruption-free implementations in our ecosystem:Build side:Define and improve change management processes following ITIL best practicesLead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and evaluate risks and impactsDevelop mitigation strategies and ensure policy compliancePrepare clear documentation, reports and KPIs for decision-makingCollaborate with IT, project and business teams to align change processes with organizational goalsRun side:Manage day-to-day change requests from submission to closureEnsure proper risk assessment and approvals before implementationCoordinate implementation schedules with technical teams to minimize disruptionsTrack change success rates and identify opportunities for continuous improvementCommunicate upcoming changes and potential impacts to stakeholdersThis is your backgroundYou have at least 5 years of experience in demanding ITIL-driven or IT operations environments. You enjoy structuring processes, managing risks and enabling smooth technological transitions, and you are constantly innovating. You enjoy optimizing workflows, guiding teams through change and improving operational efficiency, and you are constantly innovating.
