Via pay with iyzico, which is a blended payment solution, millions of consumers who do not use banking can safely shop online under the belt of iyzico Buyer Protection.iyzico continues to simplify online shopping for both consumers and sellers by the simple, accessible, and innovative technologies it developed.ResponsibilitiesConduct and evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls to assess compliance with local regulations (e.g., CBRT, KVKK, FCIB, BRSA), company policies & procedures and generally accepted principles/standards,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with global frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, SOC2, ISO 27001, COBIT),Presenting, reporting and following up of control results to stakeholders and relevant management in line with the best practices,Proactively assist on global group audit preparations and after audit phase finding tracking, documentation of status updates obtained via management action owners and timely execution of remediation testing,Participating in IT-related projects within the company to provide consultancy when required,Monitor and stay informed on advancements in payment technologies and emerging regulatory mandates.QualificationsGraduate of Engineering (Computer, Electrical-Electronics-Communications, Industrial, Management, Mathematical Engineering, etc.), MIS (Management Information Systems) or similar fields, or holder of a postgraduate degree in the same fields, or having a CISA designation,3+ years of experience in IT audit/ IT consulting/ IT control or technical compliance, preferably within payment industry or financial services,Strong knowledge on core IT processes, key IT control concepts and good understanding of relation between business processes, IT infrastructure and the risks affecting IT business processes,Solid understanding of ITGC framework, close professional relation with standards such as NIST, COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, PCI DSS etc.Advanced communication skills to effectively present findings and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders,Good command of written and spoken English.What We OfferA culture of continuous development: conferences, in-house events to stay up-to date on current trends and technology.
