IT Coordinator

Jobwell Romania is hiring an IT Coordinator for Timisoara location.We are looking for a strategic and hands-on IT Coordinator to lead the IT Department and ensure that all technology systems support the company’s operations, efficiency, and long-term growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coordinate, and develop the IT Department, ensuring high-quality service across the organization.Define and implement the company’s IT strategy, aligning technologies with business objectives.Oversee IT infrastructure: servers, networks, security, cloud services, ERP systems, and business applications.Ensure system availability, cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with internal and external policies.Manage IT projects such as digitalization, automation, and infrastructure modernization.Supervise budgets, asset management, vendor relationships, and SLA performance.Provide guidance and support to the IT team and ensure efficient collaboration with all departments.Act as the main point of contact for all IT-related decisions and escalations.Requirements:University degree in IT or a related field.Experience in IT management or senior IT infrastructure roles.Solid knowledge of networks, servers, cybersecurity, cloud environments, and business systems (ERP, O365, etc.).Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and strong problem-solving skills.Objectives:Guarantee a secure, stable, and scalable IT environment.Support business continuity and operational excellence.Drive digital transformation and promote innovation across the organization.Join us and play a key role in shaping the technology backbone of the company.
