We achieve this by attracting and empowering the best people, putting them in a position to both participate and lead in our growth, and by continuously investing in technology.IT Customer Support EngineerYou will be part of the Infrastructure and IT Operations Team and will be responsible for a range of tasks to ensure the proper functioning of Ezpada’s IT resources, while also providing user interface and/or remote support to users.The role contributes directly to the daily operations of the trading desk and non-trading teams located in the Zug office. As such, the Support Engineer has direct effect over the business of the Group by ensuring that the necessary IT resources are deployed to meet the needs of the staff. This includes, guaranteeing internet connectivity, proper functioning of permitted applications and that the overall infrastructure is secure and reliable.Key Responsibilities & OutputsBe primary contact for users in Zug (on Site) as well as remote contact for other Ezpada users. Coordinate issue resolution with IT operations, maintain timelines and expectations towards usersPerform initial troubleshooting of reported issues (Hardware, Network, DNS or application issues)Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiativeHolds on-call dutyKnowledge and Experience RequiredMin 5 years in the IT customer support role or similarMS Windows based environment incl. server, Office 365 administrationWindows desktop administration - readiness to fix any HW/SW problem in high stress environmentNetworking – understanding DNS, testing connectivity and understanding the difference between not being allowed to connect to a resource and not reaching it in the first placeSecurity – understanding different security concepts in IT and able to apply this in configurations based on guidelines providedExperience with Intune and EntraID beneficialLanguage skills: Proficiency in English is essential, German language is a benefitFirst experience in trading or financial sector is a plusDesire to learn: In a small team there is often the opportunity to pick up new topics and areas and become the leader for itWhat will you get from Ezpada in return?Motivating salaryWorking in an international environment and across countriesAttractive and central location of the office in Zug, Switzerland5 weeks holidayTax returns supportRefreshment at the workplaceCompany cell phone for personal use
