We invest in your development, value initiative, and give you the opportunity to shape your role, grow your expertise, and make a real impact.About The TeamYou will become part of our growing office in Copenhagen, working closely with IT-specialists in Denmark & the UK and supporting international colleagues cross borders. The IT-team is part of the Finance & Operations Department, comprising colleagues within their respective fields.About The PositionAs our new Delivery Manager, you will play a central role in driving delivery between internal IT teams, external vendors, and their distribution platform. This role requires wearing several hats, working as a project manager, agile and scrum lead, business partner, and the go-to person handling the daily delivery of a digital tool. It combines classic project work with the hands-on responsibility of keeping the solution running smoothly.You will ensure coordination, sequencing, delivery rhythm, testing flow, and cross-team alignment, whilst also shaping and defining priorities.Your work will focus on making sure initiatives move forward with clarity, discipline, and transparency. You will act as the daily orchestrator of delivery activities, helping translate business direction into actionable, well-sequenced work. You will collaborate closely with underwriting colleagues, business development (BD), external vendors, and internal development and infrastructure teams.This role is based in Copenhagen and will report directly to their CTO, who is also based in Copenhagen.Key responsibilities include:Owning the daily delivery coordination across their digital distribution channel Managing prioritization and sequencing of tasks to secure predictable and structured delivery Leading daily stand‑ups and ensuring clear communication across teams Acting as the delivery driver for sprint cadence, backlog clarity and execution rhythm Coordinating the end‑to‑end release process including testing readiness, validation and approvals Maintaining transparency through clear status updates, risks, and decision logs Supporting onboarding, documentation and knowledge flow Integrating underwriting and broker feedback loops into delivery activities Ensuring stable and aligned collaboration with their vendor, together with the Application Manager and Business Development team About YouYou should be someone who enjoys bringing structure and forward momentum to a complex ecosystem. You do not need to be deeply technical, but you must be comfortable working alongside product specialists, developers, and external partners, while demonstrating strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.You must be a strong communicator, able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.With an entrepreneurial spirit, you will bring dedication and drive, while remaining agile in a growing business. We are seeking a confident an ambitious individual, with the ability to remain humble and trustworthy.To be successful in this role, you should have:Experience within the insurance industry At least 5+ years’ experience in project management, delivery coordination, or similar roles in a digital or SaaS‑type environment A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field Experience working with cross‑functional teams involved in configuration, development, testing, and operations A strong sense of ownership and the ability to keep multiple streams aligned Excellent communication skills and the ability to create clarity in busy environments A natural drive to improve processes, create structure, and anticipate potential issues A collaborative mindset with a practical and solution‑oriented approach A high level of spoken and written English is essential for this role to enable effective collaboration across borders. Danish is also required for integration in the Danish office.
