You'll collaborate closely with experienced professionals, explore the latest technologies, and grow by turning everyday challenges into user-centric innovations.If you're willing to learn and want to make a difference from day one — we want to meet youKey Responsibilities:Application Analysis & DevelopmentSupport the collection and documentation of functional and technical requirements by working closely with business and technical stakeholders.Translate business needs into clear, structured technical documentationAssist in the development and maintenance of basic software components (frontend/backend), following team guidance.Contribute to the design and modeling of IT processes and application workflowsParticipate in testing and support quality assurance activitiesDocument technical solutions and contribute to user manuals or support documentationAcademic IT Support & Field InteractionProvide technical support to faculty, students, and staff for devices and applications (e.g., PCs, projectors, printers, BlackBoard, O365, etc.).Interact directly with users to understand their needs, identify recurring issues or in efficiencies, and help design more effective, user-centered solutionsHelp transform support cases into opportunities for improvements through automation or smarter system configurationsAid in setting up and maintaining classrooms and labsQualifications:Degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript and/or Python.Familiarity with at least one development framework: (.NET, Angular or React – even via university/personal projects)Basic understanding of relational or NoSQL databasesInterest in Agile methodologies and understanding of the CI/CD development life cycleStrong analytical and problem-solving attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills: you enjoy talking to people and finding solutions togetherProactive mindset with a strong desire to learn by doingBonus skills (not mandatory but nice to have): Knowledge of Azure DevOpsor different similar toolsAccording to the GDPR 679/16 we inform you that the treatment of Personal Data contained in your resume, will respect the principles of legality, fairness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
