The RPG Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using the RPG programming language. Daily tasks include troubleshooting and debugging code, optimizing application performance, and ensuring all software meets the company's functionality requirements and standards. The developer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new functionalities and resolve complex technical issues.QualificationsProficiency in RPG programming and AS/400 systems developmentExperience with database management, particularly in handling DB2Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug codeFamiliarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologiesExcellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple prioritiesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experienceExperience in similar roles or working in enterprise environments is a plus
