IT & E-Commerce Tech Specialist

Responsibilities:Lead the technical development, maintenance, and optimization of the Middle East e-commerce websiteCoordinate with external developers to deliver front-end/back-end development, payment gateways, logistics plugins, and other technical requirementsSupport e-commerce operations with technical tasks including product upload, page setup, promotion configuration, and order flow testingTroubleshoot website issues, coordinate fixes, and manage system updatesProvide IT support for store openings and daily operations (POS setup, network configuration, IT equipment deployment)Manage procurement, installation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of regional IT equipmentInstall, configure, and support business systems such as POS, SAP/ATES, and office applicationsCollaborate closely with HQ IT to implement regional technical needs and improve processesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldsMinimum 3 years’ experience in e-commerce website technology, technical operations, or IT supportFamiliar with front-end/back-end basics, APIs, payment gateways, website architecture, and networking fundamentalsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot website and system issuesFluent in English for communication with local vendorsChinese language skills are a strong plusStrong execution, communication, and coordination capabilities, with a high sense of ownership and ability to multitaskBy submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Recruitment Privacy Policy (click here to view: https://obs-atahr-az1-p01.obs.cn-east-273.antacloud.com/hr_html/ATME_Recruitment_Privacy_Policy.html).
