Join our team and play a vital role in shaping innovative solutions that ensure businesscontinuity and compliance.We are looking for:An EHS Specialist within the Support & Maintenance team, who will focus on various Syensqo HSEapplications, particularly SAP EHS. Your role will involve designing and implementing necessaryevolutions and improvements to ensure business continuity. This includes writing functionalspecifications for developers, testing, validating, and documenting customizations and developmentchanges. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Syensqo IT organization, productmanagers, and HSE experts to analyze business and functional requirements and propose solutionsfor EHS processes.You may also participate as a project member or Project Manager in the implementation of projectsolutions across all project phases. To excel in this position, you must possess strong technical skillswithin SAP EHS as well as basic functional knowledge of applicable regulations within the chemicalindustry. Your expertise should encompass key areas such as Product Safety, SDS Authoring anddistribution, Expert Rules, Dangerous Goods Management, SVHC, and SVT (Substance Volume &Tracking) and PCN (Poison Control Notification). Additionally, having a basic understanding ofsoftware development and interfacing tools will be beneficial to your success in this role.We can count on you to:Manage and enhance SAP EHS applications, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.Supporting in solving incidents and bugsApply technical expertise to manage, improve, and support existing software applications to ensure business continuity.Write functional specifications for developers.Test, validate, and document customizations and development changes.Collaborate with product managers and HSE experts to analyze business and functional requirements and propose solutions for EHS processes.Participate as a project member or Project Manager for the development of new software applications.Support key EHS processes including Product Safety, SDS Authoring and distribution, Dangerous Goods Management, and global label management.Support Substance Volume Tracking (SVT), SVHC (Substance of Very High Concern) Poison Control Notification (PCN), and other registration processes as applicable in the Chemicals industry.You can count on us to:Value innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to sustainability.
