You will work closely with teams across the business, take ownership of technical issues, and help drive improvements to our IT systems, security and processes. You will also support key IT projects and contribute to ongoing innovation, helping us get the best from our technology.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Actively assist all employees with their helpdesk requirements, by troubleshooting and actively fixing issues. Manage, monitor, install and configure internal IT systems, equipment and networks. Provide technical support across the business using the best possible peer experience. Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes are followed and supported. Assist with IT asset inventory and documentation. Coordinate with stakeholders for IT equipment and service management. Lead and support on company projects within the IT department and wider business, including the use of AI and continuous improvement. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices. What You Will Need To Succeed In Your Role....Problem-Solving - Quick and effective resolution of technical issues. Attention to Detail - Precision in handling systems and configurations to avoid errors. Communication - Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Time Management - Prioritising and managing multiple IT support tasks efficiently. Adaptability - Staying current with evolving technology and handling new tools/systems.
