Job Description

Optomi, in partnership with an industry leading client of ours, are in search for an IT Executive Support Technician to work out of their Sandy Springs, GA office 5x a week from 7am-4pm est. This is a 6 month contract to hire, with a 1 and done, 45 minute long interview process.Must Haves:4+ years of experience providing Executive-level IT support (C-Suite focus)Strong A/V setup and troubleshooting skills (Logitech systems, Teams rooms, sound systems, video conferencing)Expertise with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active DirectoryExperience with Okta identity managementSolid understanding of Office 2010/2013/2016 Suite, mobile devices, VPN, and basic networking (proxy settings, routers, switches, modems, Ethernet)Ability to manage and resolve service desk tickets efficientlyWillingness to travel up to 10% (occasionally up to one week for executive events)Reserved, polished, and poised demeanor — essential for working with senior leadershipPrior experience supporting executive assistants or senior leadership environmentsNice to haves:Experience with Verkada systemsBasic VPN troubleshooting skillsDay to day:Serve as the first point of contact for all IT and A/V needs of the C-Level suite at the Atlanta headquartersPartner closely with executive assistants and manage ServiceNow requests and incidentsImplement, maintain, and support A/V equipment throughout the office; provide end-user training on proper useDeliver direct IT support to approximately 10 executives and their adminsHandle A/V setup and troubleshooting for executive meetings and events (both on-site and during travel)Proactively identify and resolve technical issues before escalationManage service desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-upSupport new hire onboarding (account setup, laptop configuration, login assistance)Travel occasionally for executive offsites or events (typically short trips, around 10%)Team Culture:Part of the Service Desk – Executive Support teamEmbedded with the executive suite, separate from the main IT support floorWorks directly alongside executive leadership and their adminsEnvironment requires someone professional, discreet, and highly polishedMust demonstrate customer-first mindset, strong ownership, and calm under pressureIndependent day-to-day role, but well-supported within a larger IT organization
