🚨 Qsource is Hiring | IT Helpdesk | for a well known company ! 🚨 📍 Location: 6th of October City🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Ensure smooth operation of all company PCs and peripherals. • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot operating systems & applications. • Provide technical support for company users on-site and remotely. • Handle network and system issues (Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, AD). • Coordinate maintenance for printers, monitors, and UPS with suppliers. • Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules. • Document solutions and act as a bridge between staff and IT.🔹 Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. • 6 months to 1 year of experience in network/system administration. • Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, routing, firewalls. • Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy. • Familiarity with virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V) & cloud services (Azure/AWS). • Knowledge of monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds) is a plus. • Certifications like CCNA, MCSE, or CompTIA Network+ are preferred.🚀 If you're interested, Apply here: https://lnkd.in/d7YMSwhU📩or Send your updated CV to: fatma.ahmed@sourceqs.com
