该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities:Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the company's IT, solving problems related to network, system and computer hardware, including completing the installation and maintenance of the system, coordinating and communicating with users, and ensuring the correct implementation and application of the system.Install and configure equipment as required, such as computers, printers, mobile phones, and related IT equipment.IT assets maintenance, timely register the number of newly purchased, transferred and scrapped IT equipment assets.Be responsible for on-site support of other equipment and systems, such as Teams meetings, projectors, etc.Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible and any other authorized desktop applications & Microsoft or related security patches/Policies.Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment. Qualifications:College degree or above, computer related major is preferred.More than 2 years Helpdesk experience is preferred.Simple communication in English, with basic English reading and writing skills.Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar systems is preferred, and experience in using AD is preferred.Have good ability to diagnose and solve independent problems.Good communication and coordination ability, strong work initiative and service awareness
