WE ARE HIRING: IT Infrastructure ArchitectPosition - PermanentWork Model - OnsiteLocation - Colombo 01Paying method - LKRIf you are interested send your resume through recruitment7@intalent.asia or https://lnkd.in/guZC9ZVdKey Responsibilities:Architect and design IT infrastructure that meets scalability, security, and performance needs.Assess and select appropriate hardware, software, and networking solutions aligned with organizational goals.Implement strategies and technologies to ensure high availability of systems and applications.Supervise the IT infrastructure life-cycle to support smooth and efficient business operations.Design and enforce security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure legal compliance.Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure system resilience.Monitor infrastructure performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend enhancements.Optimize infrastructure costs while maintaining performance and security, including evaluating cloud and virtualization solutions.Communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align infrastructure with business needs.Lead research and integration of emerging technologies and best practices to improve IT infrastructure.Requirements:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.Proven experience as an Infrastructure Architect or similar role in a complex IT environment.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, design principles, and industry trends.Expertise in security, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies.Excellent project management and communication skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and solve problems creatively.One or more of the following certifications will be an added advantage:AWS Certified Solutions Architect ProfessionalMicrosoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect ExpertCisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Data CenterVMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX)Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA)Google Cloud Platform Professional Cloud ArchitectIBM Certified Solution Architect Enterprise ArchitectureTOGAF 9 CertificationReady to take your career to new heights?We're InTalent Asia, your go-to recruitment partner in Sri Lanka, and we've got an exciting opportunity for you!
