To enhance the operation and maintenance of our global IT infrastructure, we are now looking for a skilled IT Unified Endpoint Operation Specialist to join our Enterprise Platforms & Cybersecurity (EP&C) domain and contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer.The team you will be part ofIn the EP&C domain, we are around 150 IT professionals fulfilling many roles - from IT supporters and architects to operation specialists, leaders, and delivery managers. Together, we design, build, and run global platforms and technologies, including networks, servers (on-prem and cloud), databases, backup/restore, communication & collaboration, identity & access, end-user devices, IT service management, and cybersecurity.Located in our Warsaw office in Poland, you will be part of our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Team, which operates globally and has a significant presence in EMEA. We deliver a comprehensive range of endpoint services to our global end-users - managing Windows clients, Apple Mac devices, mobile devices, print services, Azure Virtual Desktop, and related technologies. We also ensure smooth production operations for label printers and handheld scanners.Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:Act as the operational expert for global endpoint services, ensuring stable and efficient day-to-day operations.Manage and support Windows clients, Apple Mac devices, mobile devices, print services, Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix environments.Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues related to these services.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and resolve technical challenges.On-call duties: Participate in on-call rotations approximately once every 10–12 weeks. This includes weekend coverage (Friday evening to Monday morning), scheduled well in advance and coordinated closely with the team.To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:Have solid knowledge and practical experience with:Microsoft IntuneMicrosoft SCCM (Configuration Manager)Windows Print servicesWindows Patch Management.Have a basic understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and routing to troubleshoot related issues.Are familiar with managing Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft Cloud PC environments.Have worked with print solutions (e.g., Follow Me / PaperCut) and third-party patching tools (e.g., Patch My PC).Hold an IT-related education (e.g., IT Supporter or university degree in IT).Are a cooperative colleague who thrives in a global setup and enjoys collaborating across regions and disciplines.Communicate with ease in English both written and verbally.Experience working directly with Citrix is an asset.At GN we pride ourselves on encouraging flexible working whenever possible.
