IT Infrastructure Team Lead

China Life Insurance Company Singapore (CLIS) aims to cultivate a strong sense of belonging among all employees through a people-oriented corporate culture.Job Description:Manage a small IT Infra team (2-3 person) to ensure company’s IT Infrastructure (Systems, Network, Security, Helpdesk) is well maintained and supported.Manage IT infra related projects and deliver projects within timeline and budgets.Taking charge of cyber security and be the first response person of company cyber security work.Guide IT infra team members to achieve their KPI/OKR goals.IT infra incident/change/problem management.Ensure all IT policies/guidelines/procedures/standards that relate to IT infra work are well maintained and meet MAS regulations.Ensure all systems/service can meet RTO/RPO standards.Ensure all IT infra and helpdesk requests are handled professionally and executed in a timely manner.Ensure timely and quality delivery of IT services.Maintain good relationship with HQ Fintech teams as well as 3rd party vendors.Job Requirements:Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer system Engineering, Cyber Security or other IT related fields. MCSA/MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, CISSA/CISSP, PMP certifications are advantages.More than 8 years of IT infra support experience. Working experience in financial industry will bring more advantages to candidates.More than 3 years cyber security support experience.More than 5 years IT infra team management experience.Familiar with MAS TRM regulations.Strong hands on experience of IT infra maintenance on both security and system. Can fulfill hands on security/system administration support when needed.Able to install, configure, manage and monitor various information security systems and devices such as anti-virus, laptop and desktop encryption (bit locker), IPS/IDS, HIDS, firewalls, Vulnerability Assessment, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Privilege Access Management (PAM), SOC etc.Able to defend against cyber attacks and malicious hackings activities such as DDOS, APT, viruses, worms, malware, ransomware, phishing etc.Conduct quarterly user access/activities logs review and annual internal cyber security awareness training.Experience in providing IT operations and helpdesk support.Able to install, configure, manage and monitor Windows Workstations and Servers. Active Directory, VMware Servers and SAN/NAS Storage.Experience in managing Internet infrastructure such as SMTP, DNS, DMZ, Internet proxy, CA authority, SSL etc.Experience in Patch Management, Backup Management, Capacity Management and IT assets Management.Experience in planning and implementing IT Disaster Recovery.Experience in IT project management and IT audit.Experience in IT procurement, budget plan and control.Provide recommendations to existing IT processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Very good communication skills, positive attitude and able to work independently as well as a good team player.Willing to work under pressure and occasionally OT support.Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
