IT Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Intern to support our day-to-day technology operations. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure, and workplace technology.Responsibilities :Assist with daily IT support for end-users (hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting). Help manage IT assets, including hardware, software, and license documentation. Support onboarding/offboarding activities, including device setup and access provisioning. Provide assistance during company-wide meetings, trainings, and IT-related events. Learn and support maintenance of enterprise tools such as Active Directory, Endpoint Management, and SSO/Identity platforms. Help maintain IT inventory, documentation, and compliance records. Contribute to basic security hygiene tasks and awareness initiatives. Collaborate with the IT team on small projects, automations, or process improvements. Qualifications :Final-year student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of IT support (hardware/software troubleshooting). Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments. Eager to learn about:IT asset managementEnterprise infrastructure tools (AD, MDM/Endpoint Management, SSO/Identity)Information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001)Basic scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.)Good communication skills and willingness to support end-users patiently. Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling IT inventory or documentation. Strong interest in cybersecurity, workplace technology, or infrastructure is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow guidance from senior IT staff. English proficiency is a plus
