IT Laboratory and Quality Expert

Join our team as an IT Laboratory and Quality Expert, where you will be responsible for implementing and supporting key digital systems such as LIMS, labelling tools, and analytical software used in laboratory and quality operations.In This Role, You WillConfigure, deploy, and support laboratory and quality applications across all Euroapi sites and entitiesEnsure that all solutions delivered — whether by you or by internal/external partners — meet ITS standards, regulatory requirements, and SLA expectations, without compromising system integrityCollaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and implement effective solutionsWork with developers and technical teams to ensure systems meet business needs and resolve any issues that ariseUser SupportManage support requests and incidents within SLAMonitor and efficiently manage the Service Now queue IT for all assigned casesQualify, resolve, or escalate incidents to the support partnerProvide technical and functional user supportEnsure user satisfactionManagement of the PlatformsMaintain compliance by processing change control requestsEvaluate enhancement requests and prepare or approve specificationsCollaborate with functional and development teams to deliver solutionsOrganize CAB and regular meetings with business and IT stakeholdersManage application releases and ensure integration with other systems (e.g. SAP)Interactions with the suppliersServe as the main point of contact between business users and the support Partner and the Application supplierCollaborate with the support Partner and application supplier to ensure effective technical and functional maintenance of the platformTraining and DocumentationOrganize training sessions for key usersKeep documentation up to date (requirements, test plans, evaluations, risk assessments)Continuous ImprovementAnalyze the use of the platform and identify opportunities for improvementProvide leadership during the full lifecycle and ensure adoption and adequate uses of the solution.Participate in projects introducing new features and technologiesGood Manufacturing / Distribution Practices Perform all activities in compliance with GxP regulationsRequirementsComputer Sciences, System Analysis, Engineering, Business school or similar areas.Master’s degree or equivalent.At least 5 work experience in LIMS , lab software management in industrial plants.LIMS technical and/or functional skillsCDS technical and functionnal skillsKnowledge on Business processes related to Quality control lab and manufacturing .Fluency in English (both written and spoken)French is a plusProblem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAn excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.Ability to understand the business, customer oriented.Why join us?According to the company's Cafeteria policy, gross 600,000 HUF/year (also during the probationary period)Company bonus (average 8% of the annual salary)Annual medical check at the Buda Health Center, for which we provide 1 paid day offSports facilities (sauna, fitness room)Collective life and accident insuranceVoluntary pension fund membership (supplemented with employer contribution)Free parkingOffice massageEUROAPI is a leading supplier of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), spun out from Sanofi on May 6, 2022 and listed on EURONEXT, with the aim of becoming a global champion in API solutions and CDMO.
