Senior Quality and Process Improvement Specialist (Hybrid)Our partner, an international manufacturing company specializes in the design, development and production of electronic components and solutions. The company serves key markets including automotive, industrial and consumer sectors. In this role, you will ensure the excellence of our quality management system, maintain compliance with customer and industry standards, mitigate risks across the product lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement in quality processes and performance.Responsibilities Supporting technology and module development projects from the initial phase,Interpreting customer requirements and aligning them with production processes,Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System in line with standards and customer requirements,Conduct audits per IATF 16949, ensuring compliance across all organizational unitsDocument audit results, monitor corrective actions, and track audit KPIsPrepare and submit regular reports to management and Central QMGather and communicate updates on standards, policies, procedures, and formulas from Central QM to the organizationLead improvement projects to optimize processes and verify their effectiveness and efficiencyRequirementsUniversity degree in Engineering, Quality ManagementExcellent English and Hungarian communication skills across roles and functionsMinimum 5 years’ experience in system quality managementExperience with IATF 16949 standards Auditor qualification is an advantage.Our partner offersHome Office 2 days per weekAnnual bonusCommuting allowance (net 44 HUF/km)Cafeteria, Pension fund, All You Can Move card, lunch discountCore working hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PMProfessional development at an innovative manufacturing companyLocation: Southeast Pest CountyBy submitting your resume, you consent to the processing of the data it contains that are relevant to the selection process (such as your name, email address, career and educational history) by our company during the recruitment process.
