The ideal candidate is an individual contributor who is driven, proactive and collaborative. They should possess a solutions-driven mindset, keeping practical implementation in mind to ensure IT solutions are reliable, scalable and effective.Key ResponsibilitiesManage suite of productivity and collaboration tools, including but not limited to, Google Workspace, Slack and Office365Maintain company's web domain/development, hardware and software inventoryEvaluate IT systems performance by identifying and resolving operational issues, and conducting regular system audits.Act as primary liaison with external auditors for IT auditsAdminister account creation/removal for onboarding/offboardingDevelop and implement personal data management policies and software usage frameworkSpearhead any IT-related initiatives across the businessProvide technical expertise when necessaryRequirementsIndividual contributor with keen attention to detail, foresight and analytical mindMinimum 5 years' experience in IT (preferably all-round; network, systems, helpdesk support) with proven track record in hardware/software management, and web developmentExperience in managing external vendors, including external auditors, enterprise/cloud solution providers and data privacy consultantsExperience within start-up/SME space is advantageousWhy?This role offers the opportunity to leverage your IT expertise in a dynamic, venture-building environment that champions innovation, self-awareness, and lasting impact.
