J&G Group provides its high-quality services to each client through responsive and effective personal response, which drives this relationship, as this relationship is based on the group's understanding and interest in its clients' businesses and meeting their needs.About the job:The IT Manager will play a dual role: operationally managing basic IT infrastructure (helpdesk, networks, devices, software, vendor management) and strategically leading the implementation, customization and optimization of the ERP system (for example Odoo) and other automation initiatives. The goal is to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce double entries, optimize business processes, and drive operational excellence across the organization.Responsibilities:Lead the implementation and customization of the ERP system (Odoo or equivalent), working with functional departments to map business processes, identify inefficiencies and design automated workflows.Understand and engage with business functions (finance, consulting, operations, HR) so as to translate business needs into effective IT/ERP solutions.Manage core IT services: helpdesk & user support, network infrastructure, device management, software licensing & deployment, and vendor relationships.Lead, coordinate or outsource (via consultants) ERP and automation projects — ensuring quality, timelines, budget, and desired outcomes are met.Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT services and business process automation (e.g. system uptime, ticket resolution time, reduction in manual entries/double work).Own the IT budget, vendor contracts, technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.Build, mentor and manage an IT team (or alternate model leveraging external consultants) to sustain continuous service improvement and innovation.Promote best practices in IT governance, change management and documentation to ensure scalability and compliance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Software Engineering or equivalent.Minimum of ~7 years’ IT experience, including at least ~3 years in a leadership role (team lead, manager) preferably in a professional services environment or a similar business model to J&G Group.Hands-on experience with ERP systems (ideally Odoo) customization, modules implementation, workflows and integrations.Strong process-analysis skills: able to map business workflows, identify inefficiencies, design automation to eliminate double entries and support operational excellence.Good foundation in core IT infrastructure: networks, servers, device management, software lifecycle, help-desk operations, vendor management.Proven ability to lead and manage projects and/or consultants — from scoping and vendor selection through implementation and hand-over.Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with business stakeholders and technical teams.Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or relevant ERP credentials are a plusPreferred / Bonus Qualifications:Experience working in the Saudi business environment or with multi-discipline professional services firms.Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in line with Vision 2030.Experience with data & analytics, business intelligence platforms.Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and SaaS-based ERP deploymentsSalary and Benefits:Competitive salary (depending on experience and qualifications).Health insurance coverage.Paid time off and public holidays.Professional development and training programs.Opportunities for career growth within the firm.
