IT Manager

Job Duties:Drive hardware/software co-design initiatives to optimize GPU architecture, improving processing speed, storage efficiency, and computational performance.Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of web applications and software solutions, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance.Participate in the deployment of in-house web applications and web services.Design and maintain network solutions (LAN/WAN/VPN/Firewall).Assist with the implementation of IT projects across various internal teams.Provide remote IT support and coordination for overseas office.Carry out system testing, data migration, documentation and user training.Manage IT policies, documentation, budgeting, and procurement.Monitor and analyze IT application performance, providing strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction.Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplines with 5 years of working experiences3+ years of progressive experience in IT management, with expertise in GPU algorithm engineering, AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow), and cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).Hands-on experience in server administration of Linux operating system, Windows and Mac systemsStrong proficiency in performance tuning, system architecture design, and agile project management methodologies.Demonstrated success in team leadership, talent development, and stakeholder communication.Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and MandarinImmediate available is preferred
