IT Operation Manager (Data Center, NOC, IT Operations, Experienced in Banking)

Company Description: Multinational BankingManage the 24/7 Network and Data Center Operations. The role involves leading a team and ensuring the smooth running of IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience, preferably in banking or financial services, and is willing to work in rotating shifts.Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of network & data center engineers.Monitor and respond to network and system issues.Work with other teams during emergencies.Ensure systems are secure and meet service standards.Help prevent future problems by analyzing incidents.Keep records of all operations and incidents.Support disaster recovery and business continuity.Work in shifting arrangement. There are three shifts:Shift 1: 07.00 – 15.00Shift 2: 15.00 – 23.00Shift 3: 23.00 – 07.00Workdays follow a rotating shift schedule (5 working days and 2 days off, which may not necessarily fall on Saturdays and Sundays). Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 8 years in network or IT operations/ NOC/ Data CenterLeadership experience is required (minimum 2 years experience in leading team)Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.Fluent in English is a MUSTKnowledge of networks, servers, and monitoring toolsGood problem-solving and communication skills.Willing to work night and weekend shifts.
