IT Operations Administrator

Skin + Me is a fast-growing, technology-driven start-up on a mission to revolutionise personalised skincare, and we're looking for an IT Operations Administrator to keep our devices and systems running seamlessly. This vital role will involve supporting all the brands under the + Me umbrella (Skin + Me, Hair + Me and Renew + Me)This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ or Acton Factory (Monday, Tuesday, and Friday), with the remaining two days remote.About The RoleYou'll be the go-to person for keeping our IT environment reliable, secure, and scalable. This is a hands-on role blending technical support, process improvement, and operational ownership.The ideal candidate is technically competent, proactive, and eager to learn. They can balance operational reliability with continuous improvement. They are comfortable solving new challenges, standardising processes, and supporting colleagues at all levels of the organisation.What You'll DoDay to day, you'll be working across the following areas.IT Asset & Lifecycle ManagementOversee the end-to-end management of IT hardware assets Procure and configure new devices according to company standardsManage warranty claims, repairs, decommissioning, and supplier liaisonUser Setup and SupportProvide timely first-line support for IT issues (hardware, software, connectivity, etc.)Create and maintain documentation for setup and troubleshooting processesAccess and Permissions ManagementOnboard and offboard employees efficiently, ensuring access to required systemsManage user accounts, roles, and permissions across cloud-based and internal systemsImplement best practices for identity and access managementSoftware Licensing and ProcurementManage renewals, upgrades, and compliance with licence termsIdentify opportunities to consolidate tools and reduce costsEvaluate new tools or vendors in collaboration with relevant teamsIT Security and ComplianceDeploy and support endpoint security (encryption, antivirus, patching, MDM)Support audits, risk assessments, and security awareness initiativesLead the development and enforcement of IT policies and standardsProcess Improvement and ScalabilityContinuously review and refine IT processes to improve efficiency and UXIntroduce automation or monitoring tools where beneficialCollaborate with stakeholders to anticipate IT needs as the company growsWho You AreThese are the skills we're looking for.
