This role plays a critical part in supporting day-to-day IT operations, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of all IT systems and services across our Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices. The ideal candidate is a technically skilled problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced digital banking environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support & OperationsProvide first and second-level IT support to employees across Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating to senior engineers or vendors when required. Monitor IT systems, applications, and services to ensure optimal performance and availability. Handle user access management, including onboarding and offboarding proceduresInfrastructure & Systems ManagementSupport daily operations of the bank’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and endpoint devices. Perform regular system health checks, software updates, and patch management. Assist in IT asset lifecycle management: procurement, inventory tracking, and retirement of devices. Security & ComplianceEnsure adherence to internal IT security policies and regulatory frameworks. Participate in incident response efforts and assist in implementing corrective and preventive measures. Support compliance with Central Bank of UAE regulations and other relevant standards. Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and service providers to resolve technical issues. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and standard procedures. Contribute to IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, automation initiatives, and new technology implementations. Qualifications & ExperienceNationality: UAE National with a valid Family Book (mandatory)Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related disciplineExperience:2–4 years in IT operations, IT support, or a similar technical support roleFresh graduates with strong technical aptitude may also be consideredTechnical Skills:Proficiency in Windows and macOS environmentsSolid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and virtualization is a plusWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with a forward-thinking digital bank at the forefront of financial innovationSupportive and inclusive work environment focused on growth and developmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageCareer progression opportunities within the technology and digital banking domains
