IT Operations Specialist (EoD) l Penang

Job Purpose:To carry out and take responsibility for the tasks and activities relating to the operation of applications in production with the following goals.Ensure the Service Level Agreements (SLA) are adhered to.Optimise operation in productionImplement changes in accordance with requirements.Willingness to participate in the 24/7 shift service.The scope of tasks assigned to the person holding this job is defined via one or more of these roles and is specified in more detail in the following section.Key Activities:Handling of Alarms and Events by Incident Tickets and escalations.Performing EoD Processing of global Branches (Prod, Prelife and Test) around the world viaVMS and Windows Operation Systems (Menu)Initialization and Open for Business for all Branches worldwide.Performing Special EoD tasks for the NY Branch (Prod and Prelife) accessing different Platforms (ex.
