Position OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven and experienced IT Solution Sales Manager. You will be responsible for selling comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions, primarily focused on storage, servers, and cloud services, to enterprise clients within a designated customer or industry. The ideal candidate is not only a skilled sales professional but also a technical advisor who can deeply understand customer business challenges and design compelling, competitive technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Performance & Account Management:Develop new enterprise clients and manage existing relationships within the assigned customer or industry, achieving and exceeding annual sales targets.Independently manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, opportunity qualification, solution design, quoting, negotiation, to contract closure.Accurately identify customer needs and pain points related to IT infrastructure (Storage, Server, Cloud) and develop effective sales strategies.Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.Solution Design & Presentation: Collaborate closely with pre-sales technical teams to lead the design of competitive, comprehensive IT solutions that address customer requirements.Confidently and clearly present solution value propositions, technical advantages, and business ROI to clients, including technical teams and C-level executives.Master product and competitor analysis to effectively handle technical and commercial objections.Market Intelligence & Collaboration:Actively gather market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to support company decision-making on product strategy and market positioning.Work effectively with internal product, technical, and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction.Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or a related field is preferred. Work Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution sales or key account management within the IT industry.Prior working experience in leading IT vendors is highly desirable.Proven track record in B2B large account sales with successful project deals exceeding million RMB in value.Technical Knowledge:Must possess solid IT infrastructure knowledge, with expertise in at least one of the following areas and a deep understanding of the others:Storage: SAN/NAS, All-Flash Arrays, Data Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions.Servers: x86 architecture servers, virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware), cluster management.Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams to translate customer needs into concrete technical proposals.Core Competencies:Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.Outstanding goal-orientation and ability to work under pressure.Sharp business acumen and market analysis capabilities.
