IT Project Analyst

About The OpportunityA U.S.-based technology services organization operating in IT consulting, systems integration, and enterprise application delivery. We support cross-functional digital transformation initiatives for business stakeholders across finance, operations, and product teams, delivering measurable outcomes through structured project execution.This on-site role (United States) is focused on strengthening project delivery discipline, improving visibility, and accelerating time-to-value for critical IT initiatives.Role & ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end delivery of IT projects: maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and RAID registers across the project lifecycle.Coordinate cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure milestones are met and dependencies resolved.Operate and administer project tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence); create and maintain backlogs, work items, and release boards.Prepare concise executive and operational status reports, dashboards, and change-control packages for steering committees.Perform data-driven analysis (SQL/Excel/Power BI) to identify risks, resource gaps, and schedule impacts; recommend mitigation actions.Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning; triage change requests and support post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned activities.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveExperience with JiraExperience with ConfluenceExperience with Microsoft ProjectExperience with Azure DevOpsSQLAgile project managementITILSDLCPreferredPMPPower BIServiceNowQualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.3+ years of hands-on experience supporting or delivering IT projects in an enterprise environment.Must be based in the United States and available to work on-site at the assigned office location.Benefits & Culture HighlightsCollaborative, on-site work environment focused on professional growth and technical excellence.Opportunities for certification sponsorship and career progression into project management or solution delivery roles.Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with market standards.Join Lovefreedom Solution to help drive reliable, visible, and data-driven IT delivery.
