IT Project Management Office

Oversee and monitor the overall IT project portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic goals, timeline, and budget.Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, templates, and reporting formats across all projects.Track and analyze project performance, risks, issues, and resource utilization to ensure delivery efficiency.Coordinate with Project Managers, Business Consultants, Developers, and Product Teams to ensure project execution consistency.Drive continuous improvement in project governance, delivery efficiency, and team collaboration.Support management in prioritization, resource planning, and process improvement initiatives.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or IT Delivery roles.Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile / Waterfall methodologies.Hands-on experience with project tracking tools & Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
