Role Description We are seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee and deliver technology projects successfully. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baku. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects, managing risks, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role involves creating project timelines, managing resources, and facilitating communication among cross-functional teams to drive project success. Qualifications Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to evaluate data and make informed decisionsExperience in Project Planning and Program Management, demonstrating the ability to oversee and manage complex projectsProficiency in Information Technology with practical knowledge of IT systems and softwareExcellent Communication Skills for coordinating with stakeholders and team members effectivelyCertifications such as IPMA C and GPM-b are requiredProven experience in Stakeholder and Risk ManagementA Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related fieldFluency in English and other relevant languages is advantageous
