Do you want to play a key role in driving exciting IT projects across the DLG Group?We are looking for a skilled and motivated ITProject Manager to join our Group IT – PMO department. You will become part of a strong and collaborative team responsible for delivering some of DLG’s most important strategic initiatives in the coming years.DLG is on an exciting digital journey, with a range of strategic programs and projects ahead – including cyber security and infrastructure initiatives, ERP-related projects (SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and Microsoft ERP), as well as other IT solutions and applications that support the digital needs of our customers and partners.Your ResponsibilitiesAs our new IT Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from initiation to completion – ensuring quality, progress, and value delivery.You will work with our standardized project management toolbox, applying the right methods depending on project type and scope.You will collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders across Group IT and the business to ensure the successful delivery of DLG’s digital strategy.We expect you toHave solid experience in IT project management, including planning, resource management, cost control, and activity coordination.Have experience with transformational projects, preferably including SAP S/4HANA.Be familiar with both agile (Scrum) and waterfall methodologies.Be a strong communicator and team player who thrives on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.Possess good analytical, structured, and decision-making skills.Take ownership, show drive, and be open to change.Hold a project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA) – an advantage, but not a requirement.Have good Danish and English language skills (German is a plus).You don’t need 10+ years of experience – what matters most is your ability to lead projects effectively, build trust, and deliver results.We offerYou’ll be part of an ambitious and supportive IT organization, working on high-impact projects across the DLG Group.We Offer An Attractive Employment Package, IncludingCompetitive salary and pension schemeFlexible working conditions and a strong focus on work-life balanceBeautiful, award-winning offices in Fredericia with an excellent canteen and fitness facilitiesOpportunities for professional and personal developmentActive staff and art associations, plus employee discounts in our Land & Fritid storesSome travel should be expected, primarily between our locations in Fredericia and Flensburg.Want to know more?If you have any questions about the position, please contact Director, CIO Office, Sabine Sandkamm at sabsan@dlg.dk.We review applications on an ongoing basis and will close the job posting once the position is filled.
