IT Project Manager

Workplace: remoteWorkload: Full-timeContract type: Contract of Mandate / B2BKey ResponsibilitiesScope & Objectives: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.Planning & Execution: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with program objectives and compliance standards.Team Coordination: Collaborate with associated project managers and delivery teams to ensure clarity of objectives and timely, budget-compliant delivery.Dependency Management: Identify and manage technical and operational dependencies across projects, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.Status & Risk Reporting: Provide transparent updates on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, sponsors, and program leadership.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, development, QA, UX, and business teams to enable seamless project delivery.Governance & Best Practices: Apply and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and best practices for consistent and efficient delivery. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Ensure accurate project documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.Rollout Support: Coordinate and assist with project rollout activities to enable smooth implementation.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience managing IT projects for enterprise clients, ideally involving Salesforce, SAP, or related enterprise IT systems.Strong organizational talent with an ownership mindset, proactive attitude, and hands-on working style.Ability to connect the dots across teams and workstreams — not deeply technical, but able to understand IT concepts and communicate effectively with technical experts.Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating in international, multicultural environments.Excellent stakeholder management and outstanding communication skills.Experience with hybrid project methodologies (e.g., Agile–Waterfall) and the ability to adapt delivery approaches.Solid understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle.High level of self-organization, reliability, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams aligned.Fluent English to communicate clearly in an international environment.What do we offer?Benefits package (private medical care, sports card, group insurance).Free English lessons with a dedicated teacher.Access to an extensive training library covering both soft and technical skills.Sports activities outside of work.Team-building events, competitions, and challenges.
