This role involves coordinating the delivery of two significant projects: Azure Entra ID Development and Network related Broadcom Services. The ideal candidate must possess strong project management skills, including proficiency in methodologies such as waterfall, agile, and SAFe, alongside experience in budget management and risk management.Main ResponsibilitiesThe IT Project Manager will be tasked with overseeing project delivery and ensuring that all aspects of the projects are executed efficiently.Coordinate project planning and execution.Monitor project progress and performance.Manage project budgets and financial forecasting.Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Utilize project management tools for reporting and documentation.Key RequirementsExceptional communication skills in English and Polish (C1 or higher).Extensive experience in IT project management, including lifecycle management.Knowledge of RACI, critical path analysis, and risk management.Experience with budget management and forecasting.Proficient in various project management methodologies (waterfall/agile/SAFe).Hands-on experience with network architecture, including load balancers and routers.Knowledge of network security protocols and tools, including firewalls and NAC.Experience integrating on-premises and cloud environments.Familiarity with monitoring tools and authentication management.Capability in cloud solutions and automation technologies.Other DetailsThis position is based in Warsaw, Poland, and requires fluency in English.
