The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope. Daily responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, managing project timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring resource optimization. The role will also involve monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with organizational objectives, and facilitating communication among team members.QualificationsualificationsA bachelor’s degree in business management, communications, engineering or related field(s)Demonstrated project management, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong sense of personal accountabilityExcellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, and experience interacting with both business and IT executive level personnelStrong competency of interpersonal skills, team leadership, business acumen, relationship building and conflict managementWillingness to work in a collaborative environment and promote teamwork mentalityExperience with Agile methodology, Scrum framework and SDLC processProficiency with Jira, MS Project, SharePoint and Excel (experience with Mavenlink and Salesforce applications a plus)Ability to travel occasionally PMP designation preferredFluency in English; additional proficiency in Japanese
