What if it was you? Your mission:    You will join an IT team of more than 200 people participating in projects and having different roles: analyst-developers, Project Management Office, UX designers, testers, technical leaders, architects, Cloud specialists,...  As an experienced IT Project Manager, you will manage projects within the IT Tax team. With the support of multiple teams and specialists, you will work on IT projects linked to business strategy, including the development of new products and services, technological IT projects such as Cloud migration or Artificial Intelligence.  You will play a crucial role in collaborating closely with our business teams, understanding and questioning their needs, suggesting innovative solutions, and coordinating the implementation with the technical team. Your responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects, respecting deadlines, budget, scope and ensuring quality of work, risk management and regulatory constraints. To succeed, you will have the opportunity to follow training (soft skills and technological areas).  Be a part of our team where you will:  Manage IT projects under the guidance of a senior project manager;Lead project planning sessions, create project schedules, and track milestones;Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed on time;Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including project charters, progress reports, and dashboards;Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and external vendors;Support project governance, ensuring compliance with standards, methodologies, and best practices;Bring together and motivate the project team by anticipating challenges.  Let’s talk about you.
