IT Project Manager

In this role you will be leading multiple concurrent IT projects, building strong relationships, and bringing structure to complex delivery challenges. Core ResponsibilitiesLead full project lifecycle – from kick-off through to closure – on time, on scope, and on budget.Serve as the linchpin between clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure expectations are aligned and communication flows.Manage project documentation including PIDs, plans, and closure reports with diligence and clarity.Identify blockers early and create mitigation strategies before they become issues.Select the right project methodology for each scenario, balancing flexibility with delivery precision.Bring fresh eyes and ideas to continually improve project processes and tools.Required Qualifications2+ years of experience managing IT projects across diverse customer environmentsStrong knowledge of IT services, software, and infrastructureA solid grasp of multiple project management methodologiesExceptional written and verbal English communication skillsStrong report writing and documentation abilitiesA proactive, problem-solving mindset and creative approach to delivery challenges
