IT Project Manager

Position name: IT Project ManagerResponsibilitiesPlan project timeline and drive team progress accordingly.Coordinate internal/external resources to ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.Communicate proactively; manage stakeholder expectations and enable informed decisions by continuously producing output.Manage roles, scope, time, quality, risk, procurement, stakeholders and communication by applying appropriate project management techniques.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentationNegotiate and obtain agreement on changes to scope, schedule and budget through the organization’s change management processRequirements:Bachelors degree (BS) in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.3+ years of Product or Project management experience, preferably in IT.Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders across different departments.Experience with Agile methodology.Experience with management tools, e.g. JIRA/Confluence.Strong communication skills (ability to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders)Native or Business level English proficiency (required for communication with development teams)Conversational-level Japanese proficiency (required for communication with business-side teams)Desired SkillsPMP Certification5 Years of experience working in IT Projects.Fluency in Japanese: JLPT N2 or N1 Certification for foreigners.Annual income: 6M -10M YENIf you are interested, be sure to send your latest CV by applying now.
