This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager will be part of the IT project management team, serving the IT Portfolio, and will report to the Head of Project Management & IT Governance.Key responsibilities of this role include:Develops and maintains comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, using established PMO methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)Leads and manages IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standardsDefines project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersCreates and maintains project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and change requestsManages project dependencies and critical paths to ensure smooth project execution.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensuring their needs are metCollaborates closely with external IT partners on the implementation of IT projectsFacilitates project meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure effective communication and collaborationProactively identifies and manages project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategiesSupports the IT PMO in achieving its strategic goals and objectivesRequirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management or a related PMO role using established Project Management methodologiesGood understanding of Project Management methodologies and frameworks. Project Management Professional (e.g. PMP, PM2, PRINCE) certification is highly desirableExcellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence) & PPM tools (PPM Express, Project Server, Plan view etc.) is a strong advantageExcellent oral and written skills in EnglishStrong organizational & coordination skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levelsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesAdaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWhat we offer youTo start with, we give you the opportunity to thrive in a restless team and grow your potential in an innovative environment.
