As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and result-driven IT Recruitment Officer to strengthen our internal recruitment team.Your Key ResponsibilitiesYou will lead and manage the recruitment process for IT consultants, from sourcing to onboarding.You will proactively source and attract qualified candidates using databases, job boards, social media, and professional networks.You will screen incoming CVs, review and assess incoming applications, conduct initial screening calls, and organize video or face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.You will match candidate skills and experience with the technical and soft skill requirements of open positions.You will collaborate closely with account managers to understand and stay informed on hiring need, project requirements, project timelines and client expectations.You will ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for selected candidates, handling all necessary steps and follow-ups.You have the following skillsYour ProfileYou have at least 6 months / 1 year of experience in recruitment, (ideally within the IT or technology sector.)You have a ''can-do'' attitude and the determination to open even the toughest doors.You have a solid understanding of IT business models linked to outsourcing environments.You have fluency in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.You have a naturally driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset – you're a true hunter.You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build lasting relationships.You have a strong affinity for technology and a keen interest in the IT landscape.You have the ability to stay focused and perform under pressure, even when working with tight deadlines.You have the resilience and ambition to thrive in a competitive environment and see every challenge as an opportunity.Fourchette de salaire :Salary Conform Your Experience & SkillsAbout You :You have at least 6 months / 1 year of experience in recruitment, (ideally within the IT or technology sector.)If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG , NL is a plusYou’re eager to learn, motivated and curiousLet’s have a chat !About the Process :Apply today and help us shape the future of IT recruitment at ITS Group.Reach out via email at pvanrossen@itsgroup.beWe are looking to welcome the right candidate as soon as possible, so don’t hesitate!Advantages :Salary conform with your experience & expertiseHospitalization insurance (partner/children incl.)Group insuranceDental insurance (partner/children included)Representation fee net per month.Internet fee of € 40 per month.Public transport subscriptionDaily fee of 5.50€ net /day provided.Subscription GSM unlimited calls for Belgium & UE
