IT Resilience Program Manager:For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced IT Resilience Program Manager for a long contract based in Amsterdam.Its paying well and my client can interview asap!Role Description:Project Management Leadership, Communication & Change Management, Technical Resilience, Security Compliance. Leads an enterprise-wide program to enforce and validate Immutable Backup capabilities and enhance Disaster Recovery (DR) readiness across all applications, ensuring alignment with ISO 27001 standards.Essential Skills:Lead enterprise-wide resilience assurance program including immutable backups and DR readiness.Drive project planning, governance, tracking of scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies.Ensure rollout of backup and DR protocols across all application portfolios.Champion program objectives and conduct change-management activities across the organization.Host Drop-in Sessions, Town Halls, Workshops; provide regular consolidated status updates.Validate Backup & Restore tests ensuring RTO/RPO compliance and data integrity.Oversee Disaster Recovery (DR) testing and confirm end-to-end service resilience.Ensure strict adherence to ISO 27001 standards for information security and business continuity.Manage evidence collection (test reports, metrics, sign-offs) for audit compliance.Identify risks, issues, non-compliance, and execute formal escalation procedures.Knowledge of ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management Systems) for post-incident recovery.If this is you, them please do not delay in applying!
