Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist (Closer) to join our Channel Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software and services sales, including CRM/ERP solutions, website development, and digital marketing services. The role involves engaging with partners and customers, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving or exceeding quarterly targets while maintaining strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.Key ResponsibilitiesClose deals for CRM/ERP software, website development, and digital marketing services through phone, email, and virtual meetings.Manage follow-ups with prospects from the sales pipeline and existing databases.Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.Build and nurture relationships with partners and clients.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and appointment setting.Deliver product and service demonstrations effectively.Negotiate terms and pricing within approved guidelines.Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.Requirements2–3 years of proven sales closing experience in the software industry (channel sales experience preferred).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, GHL, Odoo, Podio, or HubSpot.Knowledge of ERP systems and digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Management).Familiarity with website technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress.Awareness of USA real estate market processes and compliance (preferred).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science (or a related field).Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.Qualification2–3 years of experience in IT or B2B sales.Bachelor’s in Business & IT or BSCS.Proficiency in CRM and campaign management tools.Benefits:At least two bonuses per year (Eid Bonus)Performance-Based BonusesUp to 6% Commission OfferedMaternity/Paternity AllowanceMaternity LeavesWedding AllowanceAnnual Leaves EncashmentDouble salary on Gazetted HolidaysSpecial Allowance for EmergencyAdvance Salary on Need Basis12 Casual Leaves10 Medical Leaves10 Annual LeavesDedicated TrainingBirthday celebrationsGaming FacilityGrowing & Dynamic TeamOffice Gatherings, Celebrations, and Trips5 days a week (work-life balance)Job Location: Pace MT, Link Road, Model Town, LahoreJob Timings: 7 PM - 4 AM, 9 PM - 6 AM
