Title : IT Service Desk AnalystLocation : Remote Term : Long Term Contract Job Descriptions Below:Candidate needs to have at least 3-5 years of experience in handling incidents / requests over calls from US callers.Must have experience in performing L1 tasks in Active Directory such as Account unlock, Password resets, creating accounts, Distributions lists and security groups.Experience in installing Applications.knowledge on service desk functionsGood customer service mindset and customer handling skillsDocumenting processes and maintaining service desk records.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.
