As part of our IT operations group, you will provide high-quality technical support and ensure that all users receive prompt assistance and solutions to their IT-related needs. We will begin contacting shortlisted applicants as soon as we get the green light to proceed with hiring.Key Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to internal and external IT inquiries in a timely manner • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues using strong problem-solving skills • Document all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system to ensure accurate tracking • Assist users with hardware setup and configuration, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals • Install and configure software applications, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and improve service delivery • Stay current with IT trends to provide informed support and suggest improvementsRequirements• Proven experience in an IT Support or Service Desk role; a minimum of 2 years preferred • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Proficient in using ticketing systems and remote administration tools • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plusBenefitse one meal a day • Emergency loan and financial assistance programs • Free 24-hour snacks and beverages • Health insurance and health subsidy • Retirement plan, life insurance, and savings plan • Team socialization allowance and attendance bonuses • Year-end performance bonus (company discretion) • And much more!
