IT Service ManagerGermany (Remote)Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Service Manager to oversee and coordinate the development activities of supplier teams working on complex, multi-service projects for a major client. This role acts as the primary liaison between the supplier’s development teams and the customer’s technical and project stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate distributed development teams across service streams.Ensure timely delivery, quality, and alignment with project goals.Facilitate communication with stakeholders and manage escalations.Drive collaboration, knowledge sharing, and process improvement.Manage risks, dependencies, and onboarding of new team members.Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience leading technical teams.Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and software delivery lifecycles.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.Technical knowledge of cloud-native environments (e.g., Kubernetes, Go) is a plus.Fluent in English; German is a bonus.
