IT Specialist

该职位来源于猎聘 Summary: You are the link between internal users and the various IT services to meet operational requirements. Supporting daily operations and continuous improvement for HR, Finance and Purchasing systems, and ensure the IT products are properly tested before the products are delivered to end users. Responsibilities: Run and maintain our different IT applications and services to support HR, Finance, Purchasing,Communication, Physical security at Scania. Make sure our IT products are properly tested before deliver to end users. Working closely with several parties within both IT and business worldwide to make sure that our SLAs are met and our business have the right support. Ensure that all service agreements, contracts and offerings are correctly budgeted and administered. Continuously manage and improve the business value, service levels and costs of services and contracts.Communicate and align plans with internal and external stakeholders.Develop and expand business and IT knowledge within own team, department and area of responsibility. Other tasks assigned by manager. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field. You have more than 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience working with agile methods, work as a software product tester role. Experience in HR, Finance or Purchasing domain is a plus . Having knowledge of SAP products (S4/HANA, Ariba, Supplier Portal, SuccessFactors and etc.) is a plus. You are a person who likes to structure and get different functions to work together.
